How Much Does Google Workspace Cost

Are you considering migrating to Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)? Or have you decided to make the switch? Great choice. With Google Workspace you can quickly access your Documents, Calendar, Gmail and Google Meet from within the same platform making it one of the best cloud collaboration tools. It is easy to share, plan, coordinate and create with colleagues and/or customers.

Now you’re probably wondering, how much will it cost?

While Google Workspace is not free, it starts as low as £4.60 per user per month for Business Starter, £8.28 per user per month for Business Standard, and £13.80 per user per month for Business Plus.

Every plan includes Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar, Chat, Currents, Jamboard, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Keep Sites and Forms. The best part is you can try Google Workspace for free, for 14 days to make sure it’s the right cloud software for you.

Choosing the right plan depends on your business requirements – the size of your organisation, how many people you need to have in one video meeting, and how much Google Drive storage you need per person. These are all things you should consider when purchasing your licenses.
